Help me come up with a job title

I will soon be starting a new role at the school I work at that combines a lot of different stuff that I'm currently doing. I want to come up with a title that emcompasses all three jobs.

The three roles are behavior coach (so, helping students make better choices/putting accommodations in place), training/supervising classroom assistants, and test prep. I'm wondering if there is some sort of elegant title that encompasses all of that, or, alternatively, what I should put on my business card. Thank you so much for your help!

In the school system where I work, that position is called an instructional coach. They work with teachers and students. Congratulations!

I'm an instructional coach, and I do not do any of those three things. That sounds more like a dean of students.

Teaching and Learning Support Officer
Teaching and Learning Mentor
Or, as archimago suggests, Dean of Students.

Dean of Students is what came to mind for me too.

I work in K-12 education. To me, Dean of Students means taking care of student behaviour when they get in trouble. In my experience, that's far less about helping students make better choices and far more about punishing them for the choices they've already made.

How about Teaching and Learning Coach? Or Academic Support Specialist?

Or the other way around: Teaching and Learning Specialist or Academic Support Coach?
