What are some trainings/conferences in my field that I don't know about?

I work as a director in for an equality non-profit in my state. There is money for travel and registration for trainings, conferences, etc in our budget that I want to make the most of. I know of Creating Change, the EQ Fed's Summer Meeting, and some random conferences by the LGBTQ Task Force, but what are ones I am missing??

I'm thinking of media or comms trainings, leadership stuff, etc etc, especially for the LGBTQ equality movement (or relevant). I am interested in the rest of this calendar year or for next year. Thank you!

The National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP) coordinates the National Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Center on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, & Queer (LGBTQ) Cultural Competency.

Time to Thrive is a new one for LGBT youth issues specifically. I have a friend who works for EQ Fed and I have been looking for similar conferences for next year, so ping me on memail if I don't remember to come back and update.

There's one in Asheville, NC put on by Campaign for Southern Equality. It was in April this year.
