Help me find this rapper from the early-to-mid 90s

Does anybody recall the name of a rapper who had a tape, circa maybe 1993, where he was featured on the cover wearing Denver Broncos gear?
When I was in 7th grade some kids in my class showed me a rap tape, not to share it with me, but because they hated me and wanted to flaunt something they had that I couldn't have. I have fixated on it since. Twenty years later, I still want to hear it. All I have in my mind is a visual, based on a brief impression, the accuracy of which is filtered heavily through the fog of memory.
What I can say about it:
1) It would've been some hardcore, gangster type of rap.
2) I think the cover was portrait orientation, not landscape orientation.
3) I think the rapper wore both a Denver Broncos shirt/jersey and a Denver Broncos beanie. I think.
4) Picture this framing, but not actually Master P, maybe a bit more intense, and in color: http://www.rapmusicguide.com/amass/images/inventory/674/Master%20P%20-%20Jack%20Of%20The%20Jackers%20open.jpg
5) It may have been a Bay Area rapper, but maybe not. Hey, maybe it was Denver rapper for all I know, but obscure Bay Area rappers were a hit with my schoolmates back then.
Any ideas? I would love to find this.

I couldn't find it, but play with the search filters here and see if you can't narrow it down.

Otherwise, I would do a Google search of "93 rap albums" (or 92 or 94) and scroll through the lists to see if any of the images pop out at me
