Who illustrated the picture featured in this MeFi post?

The related video credits don't help.
Also, for what it's worth, I vaguely recall seeing work by someone who I think is the same guy -- a poster titled Tijuana (?) about 8-10 years ago.

this blog post credits david brody with the campaign, but the source seems (portuguese?) to credit ground zero, who are so cool that nothing useful appears in my browser.
