These are all over my crepe myrtles. Do i need to be worried? Sorta looks like a ladybug but not sure.

They look a lot like ladybug larvae and pupating larvae, but the red/black reversal seems odd. Possibly a closely related beetle that's more black than red?

They look like Twice-Stabbed Lady Beetles to me.

Very likely a ladybug of some sort - they have numerous color variations. They won't hurt your plants, but if there are a lot of them flying around they can be a little annoying.

Ladybugs and their larvae. Both are hugely beneficial to all of your plants.
