Best Android Apps for 2.5 yo

Please recommend me your best Kindle Fire apps for a 2.5 year old who doesn't get a lot of screen time (she watches a little TV every week but doesn't play games on phone/tablet normally). I've got some Amazon credit to burn, a 3 hour flight, and a complete lack of interest in trying to guess which of the hundreds of kids apps are going to entertain her the most. I don't so much care about educational value - what will hold her attention and hopefully doesn't allow in-app purchases? She likes Daniel Tiger and Elmo but isn't familiar with any other kids programming.

I think Toca Boca has versions of its apps for Android (as well as for iPhone). If so, everything they have made is fabulous. Especially good is Toca Hair Salon 2, Toca House (Toca Band, but you'll want headphones)

How pointless can you stand? My kid liked Duckie Deck Collection and Toddler Animal Pop. It's all just tapping, but not frustrating for a kid just learning, and the graphics are sort of nice.

My go-to kids apps for that age are from these guys:

Sago Sago
Toca Boca
OM
Disney

The Monster at the End of this Book app and the sequel, Another Monster at the End of this Book (ft. Elmo!) are just really great apps and actually better than the books, IMO.

The Toca Boca apps are great, although some may be a little advanced for a 2.5 year old. My kid likes Toca House and Toca Kitchen.

We love the Pepi Play apps - my 32 month old is really into the Doctor one in particular.

Lego duplo apps are great (and lego junior) if she's played with duplos before. No in-app purchases, lots of versions (the duplo zoo or duplo train may be a good one to start with or Lego Juniors Quest).
