Identify this (throat) singer!

A while ago I came across this video of Tuvan throat singers. What is this song, and the singer? It fascinates me.

The song sounds to me like a variant of Kombu, which is a standard. (Huun Huur Tu for comparison.) I haven't the foggiest who these guys are, though; they might simply be talented amateurs with whom the cameraman was acquainted.
