Renting a Production Studio in NYC

I need to rent a sound stage for a live broadcast in NYC in the next few months. Is there a common resource for finding quality production houses online?

Visiting the spaces will not be possible, and googling for sound stages in NYC produces an absolute ton of possibilities but not much in the way of separating the wheat from the chaff. I'm currently just going through the company page for every result that comes up but I'm wondering if there's a production resource online that will help me find the best choices for me instead of simply spamming everyone in new york. Thanks!

How large of a space do you need? I regularly use One on One for casting interview space and it comes with a camera and backdrop. Link to their site and Adrian, the manager, has always been extremely helpful.

Response by poster: I'd be needing space for 4 or 5 people on stage. Whether at a desk or on couches or director chairs, etc... has yet to be determined.

Mandy.com is your best bet.
