Old MeFi article: why women and alcohol don't mix

This was a couple of years ago and I have been searching for it all morning. It was written by a middle aged woman relating her negative experiences with over indulging through the years - advising against excess boozing as it can often lead to lifelong regrets especially for women. Anyone remember? Thanks
