Looking for the crème de la crème of international fashion agencies...

So I'm aware that MeFi is probably the wrong place to ask this but you amazing people have surprised me before! I'm looking for the best-of-the-best fashion agencies in Paris, Milan, L.A., and London. Requirement: must represent talent, like hairdressers, stylists, etc. I am not looking for a modelling agency. More over the fold.

I'm looking for ones that are have equally high reputation as these ones do in NYC. Thank you so much for any help!
