Comedy skit where speaker is constantly interrupted by handler?

I remember a comedy sketch that involved a speaker making a public announcement, and throughout the presentation, they are constantly interrupted by a lawyer, PR person, or similar handler who won't allow them to say anything of substance. Even mundane details are censored. Naturally, the speaker gets very frustrated. I know this isn't much to go on, but by chance do any of you have any inkling what show this would have been? Google is failing me!

This is my first time posting, so I hope I'm doing this right. If I could have asked in a more productive manner, please let me know!

I'm trying to find the source of a comedy sketch I've seen, but can't recall enough information to chase it down. Stan Freberg and Daws Butler, Elderly Man River? It's a song, not a speech that Stan's trying to deliver, but it is constantly interrupted in the way you describe. "For the tiny tots."

Best answer: this reminds me of the "Kaboom" episode of Parks and Recreation, in which Andy injures himself and Leslie tries to apologize to him in the hospital, but her lawyer keeps interrupting her.

It isn't 100% identical to your description, but this Not the Nine O'Clock News sketch comes pretty close.

Response by poster: Ding, ding, ding! It was the parks and rec scene. Wow. thanks, never would have got there on my own, thanks changeling!

Thanks others as well, the skits you've suggested might also be helpful!
