I Want this Sitar Christmas Carol!!!

Where can I find this sitar based Christmas carol that I heard on NPR?

Indian Music MeFites, I need your help!

On the December 25th broadcast of NPR's Morning Edition they did a story about how very popular Fruitcake was in India. At the end of the piece, they closed the segment with an instrumental rendition of "Angels We Have Heard on High" performed on sitar!

I would dearly love to find this song, and to see whether it is part of a larger album of sitar based Christmas carols!

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any information on the NPR website, and due to some technical issues (old browser maybe?) I was unable to send them a question asking about it.

In doing my own internet search, I came across this CD and this CD. However neither seems to be the right one, as they both seem to have flutes in them and the song on NPR definitely only had sitar.

So now I turn to you Hive Mind for a Boxing Day miracle! Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!

Best answer: Stephan Mikes is what I'm coming up with.

Best answer: NPR lists it as a medley, "Ode to Joy, Angels We Have Heard on High, Silent Night, Little Drummer Boy" by Stephan Mikes.

For future reference, they have a site, Music Interludes: Find Music Heard Between Stories.

Response by poster: Woo-Hoo! Thank you both! I knew that NPR had a page with it's incidental music, but, for some reason I couldn't find it either! Question solved in less than an hour! Thank you once again!
