A website with breakdowns on votes of historic legislation?

I was looking for a website that provided information on the breakdown of votes for historic legislation in the United States Congress.
I would be fascinated by how parties had changed over time, how deep opposition was to women's suffrage, etc.
I know there are websites that have comprehensive databases of all votes, but is there something that focuses on famous pieces such as women's suffrage, Social Security Act, Medicaid, Civil Rights, TARP authorization (and probably 100 more examples).
One confounding variable is that legislation is voted on several times, cloture, full house or Senate. In specific, I was wondering how they broke down by Republican/Democrat votes. A good example of the breakdown for the Civil Rights act is in Wikipedia.
The original House version:
Democratic Party: 152–96 (61–39%)
Republican Party: 138–34 (80–20%)
Cloture in the Senate:
Democratic Party: 44–23 (66–34%)
Republican Party: 27–6 (82–18%)
The Senate version:
Democratic Party: 46–21 (69–31%)
Republican Party: 27–6 (82–18%)
The Senate version, voted on by the House
Democratic Party: 153–91 (63–37%)
Republican Party: 136–35 (80–20%)
They also break it down South versus North. (And interestingly some of the Democrats voting against it would be Republicans soon enough).
So, with this long explanation, does this exist?

You want something like CQ key votes, which are available on a year by year basis from CQ. Dunno if there's a big unified list that's easily available.
Obvious alternatives are the votes used for ADA and ACU scores, with the same caveats about availability.
