How do I permanently delete ColdTurkey's website block from my system?

I blocked several websites using ColdTurkey about two weeks ago because I wanted to limit procrastination for exam week. It worked perfectly, I was actually really happy with how efficient the system was at blocking websites. It worked a little too well. My block expired about a week ago; I still can't access any of the websites I blocked. I tried to uninstall the program using Revo Uninstaller, but the websites are still blocked. tl;dr: How do I get this thing off my computer?

I had a quick look at the code- it looks like Visual Basic plus some PHP (?!?!). It appears to block stuff by editing your hosts file- these instructions might help unhork things.

The program probably modified your hosts file.

Here are instructions on how to do that manually.

You're going to want to delete any lines that have the names of the blocked websites on them like this:
0.0.0.0 www.domain.com
