Tools and things for managing development of 64 products!

I'm currently developing 32 ebooks and 32 apps for a Kickstarter, and I'm having a bit of trouble keeping track of all 64 threads. I'm starting to get a better feel for all of the steps involved in developing each of these products, and so I'm wondering if there are tools that might help me keep track of progress on all fronts, keep everyone on task, etc. Alternatively, are there people or services that specialize in this sort of thing and can monitor all the threads of the project and make sure everything is always progressing in some way?

As is, I'm tackling them one by one, and then when I have an idea that might advance all of them in parallel (by outsourcing a step, for instance), then I divert my attention over there and do that. I figure there might be a more streamlined way of going about this process.

I typed out an example workflow for each app (they're pronunciation trainers for language learning) just so this question could be a bit more concrete, but it ended up being excessively long, so if it'd be helpful to see, go here: http://fluent-forever.com/DL/Trainer_Workflow.txt

Trello is my go-to solution for similar projects.

Asana would be very good for this. Especially with the templates.

I use Unfuddle for our projects at work and I think it would work for this too. You could set up milestones for each Task and tickets for each thing listed under each task. Those things could be assigned to others and have due dates. You can view all tickets together or by project/app.
