Service or application to publicly visualize and analyze survey data?

I'm looking for a service or application that will make it easy for me to allow anyone to browse, analyze, and visualize the results of several large surveys (hundreds of questions, thousands of responses). Nothing overly complex – I'd just like people to be able to do some basic cross-tabulation and analysis of the survey responses.

I'm currently looking at Tableau and Statwing, and while each has strengths, neither is "public" in the way I'm looking for.

I'm open to free and paid services, and to open-source and commercial applications that I could install myself. Ideally I'd be able to import SPSS files directly with a minimum of alteration, but I'm open to other formats and processes.

I think Klipfolio might be a possibility.
