Offline task time tracker, stopwatch, and alarm

Hi, I was wondering if you folks know of any applications that will track the time you spend on different tasks?

I'm seeking, specifically:

1. windows 7 compatibility
2. a timer function with alarm
3. offline capability (it will be used on a computer that is normally offline)
4. multiple timers so I don't have to reset timers for different tasks
5. it will give you a daily log of how much time was spent on a different task
6. free, or a one time fee (I'm fine with purchasing but refuse to pay yearly subscriptions for various reasons)

Thank you!

Best answer: I use Hamster Time Tracker on Linux, so this list might provide some possibilities.

Response by poster: Just wanted to add this page of nice, simple, older timer apps I found that lack all the bells and whistles (and completely solve my problem as well.)
