Obscure manhunt movie that was filmed like tv show..

I'm trying to remember a movie I saw on netflix a couple years ago. It's about these people who are picked at random to kill each other. It's set up like a tvshow with cameras following them around and everything. I remember that there was a pregnant woman, a cancer victim, and a teenaged girl as some of the contestants. There was some subplot with the pregnant woman and the cancer victim b/c they were hs sweethearts who were awkward goth kids who made a ridiculous video with each other. I remember at the end that it's between the cancer victim and the pregnant woman at the end and there was something that happened in a movie theatre and then there was something that also happened in a football field. Any ideas?
