Who is this character, and where is his t-shirt?

A while back I spotted a t-shirt website that sold shirts with this little guy on it. Does anyone know the site, or the name of the character?

Best answer: There's plenty of sites, but that character is Domo-kun, mascot of NHK TV's satellite channel BS2.

He was popularized in America largely due to Fark, the "monster" chasing after kittens in the "Every time you masturbate, God kills a kitten" image that was so terribly popular.

Domo-kun has his own TV show in japan. My understanding is that he is a stop motion puppet of some sort... looks like a fuzzy brick.
