Fun fitness-based games/group challenges for bootcamp/group fitness

I'm looking for a few new ideas for game or group challenge style activities to make my group fitness classes more engaging and fun and to mix things up. What have you tried and loved, or heard about and thought sounded fun?
Arrange athletes in a circle. Everyone rests in a deep squat position. Toss a medicine ball (start light) from person to person across the circle -- stand to throw and catch, then return to the squatting position.

Assign an exercise to each suit. Say, spades are push ups, hearts burpies, etc. For each face card assign a special exercise, say aces are one minute plank.
Draw one card at a time. Number gives number of reps. Go through the entire deck. Note this means 55 reps total of each suit exercise.
Easy to adjust and I find it pretty fun.
