Looking for a Unicorn Tumblr Theme

Tumblr Themes: I am looking for a theme with specific features - one photo post at a time, with prev/next buttons. Would also like: rare layout. Help!
I have a Tumblr blog that I would like to retheme to be more in line with how users would actually use the site.
Right now, it's the traditional "scroll down for more posts". I would like instead to have the following:
- one clear main post (the most recent)
- photo on the left, description on the right (every post is a photo post with descriptive text)
- prev/next nav arrows
- "Random post" button
Nice to have:
- small images at the bottom that link to the previous posts.
Here is a crudely-done Paint mockup of what I'm looking for - the extra at the bottom is optional. I have been looking for hours in the Tumblr theme directory and nothing is coming up that close to what I want.
Is there a mod I could do on a regular theme to make this happen, or close to it?
I'm not a designer but have had experience customizing HTML. I am very partial to Tumblr because I have other sites on it, but would consider Wordpress or another platform if it had exactly what I wanted. I would pay for a theme if it fit my criteria.
Thanks!!
