Good basic digital CCTV camera?

I'm planning to install a simple CCTV system in my house and am looking for recommendations for an entry-level camera.
It would need to work with either Mac or Linux, preferably both; wired and wireless connections would good; and motion-sensing and the ability to send alert emails, images and SMS messages would be very useful. The Dlink DCS-930 seems to do all of this at a reasonable price but I am open to other recommendations or experiences with Dlink cameras. Thanks.
