Long Lost Cable Channel

Can you help me find the name of a long lost 1980's/early 1990's cable channel or show?

All I can recall is that this channel ran only a few hours a day on the same channel that had "The Box" music video service on Comcast's Baltimore cable system. It played short documentary pieces and the only ones I can recall was one shot in Venice Beach about a man selling Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev t-shirts and another about skateboarding in New York City. Does anyone remember the name of the channel or where I could find some of the videos?

Maybe one of the defunct television stations in the US will ring a bell? It's a Wikipedia category with (only) pages.

A long shot: maybe The Education Channel, aka BCPS (Baltimore County Public Schools) TV, shared a channel back in the day?

Response by poster: I found the NYC skate video, featuring Harold Hunter of "Kids" fame called "Apple Juice". Now I just have to find the name of the channel on which it aired.

Best answer: "Apple Juice" was featured in this episode of a show called "The 90's", produced by a Denver PBS station in 1990. Maybe that's the show that you watched?
