Best Minneapolis brunch

Where's the best place to have a (vegetarian/vegan - friendly) brunch before an early afternoon Twins game?
I have had vegetarian-friendly brunches at Hells Kitchen and The Newsroom (both downtown), Loring Pasta Bar (Dinkytown), and Hazel's (northeast Minneapolis).

Seward Cafe would work and is near the light rail, but tends to be slow.
Be aware that Hard Times is cash only. I'd generally go there over the Seward Cafe, unless I was with someone who demanded matching furniture. (I would not take my dad to Hard Times.)
Supposedly, the Triple Rock does good vegan brunch. I have never been. It is quite close to the Cedar-Riverside light rail.

Pizza Luce (right by Target Field) has a great brunch with vegan and vegetarian options. Seconding Triple Rock.

Yum! Tao Natural Foods has some delicious vegetarian and vegan food. In uptown, 22nd and Hennepin, not too far from the field.

The Birchwood in Seward is also delish.

I would do French Meadow for a veggie brunch with family.
Triple Rock and Hard Times are good places but I wouldn't take family there (too hipster/dirty).

Hell's Kitchen has an awesome Brunch! Gets really crowded before Twins games though, so get there early.

(Amplifying)
Hells Kitchen is not vegan friendly.
Triple Rock is great, but also gets busy. They only have brunch on weekends though!
Crusty: Hard times, Seward, modern times
Medium: triple rock
Normal: French meadow, birchwood, Hell's Kitchen (but looks rough!)
All of those places do veg and at least one decent vegan entree.

Maybe not vegan-friendly, but it's veg-friendly. OP asked for either-or.

Dittoing Modern Times. Endless coffee, too, if you like caffeine in the morning.
Galactic Pizza has several vegan options, too, though all are pizza. They open at 11 am.

By car: Modern Times (32nd and Chicago).
Neither has liquor, sadly.
(Answers chosen mostly for the vegan angle.)
