What was this YA book about sexual abuse?

Help remember the name or author of a book of short stories targeted to children or young adults. The theme of the stories was body autonomy and how to react to sexual abuse. More description inside.

Mrs. Agentofselection remembers a little about this book from her childhood and now she'd like to recommend it to moms who want to talk to their kids about this subject. She says:
The book was illustrated in water color and pencil;
There were maybe 5-7 stories;
The story I remember most strongly was about a young girl. A man gave her quarters to play in a video arcade, but the man got creepy. The girl's name may have been "Nikki Owens", and her initials--"NO"--were important. I also remember that she dug in the washing machine for change to play in the arcade.
The book was probably written in the 80s, maybe late 70s.
I know the book was not the "Free to Be" series or "My Body is My Own."
Sorry it's not much to go on. Thanks!

Best answer: It isn't really YA, more for little kids, but this? (The edition from the 80s looked like the third and fourth pics from the left here.)
