Which Steve Martin album had "hey, play Foggy Mountain" on it?

Help me remember which Steve Martin comedy album had a bit where Steve Martin explains why politicians should play the banjo. The bit ends with Steve describing Nixon getting off the plane in China, and somebody in the crowd saying "Hey, play Foggy Mountain." If you have the album, or a digital version, I would really like both the album title and the "song" number/name, but I could live with just the album name. If you're just guessing, well, yeah, I remember all his album names too :-). Thanks, and let us all remember to be obsequious, purple and clairvoyant.

Pretty sure it's on "Let's Get Small," near the beginning.

(Yep, definitely that album, but it's about 18 minutes in; that's the end of side 1 or the beginning of side 2. I'll leave it to someone with the record in their hands to figure out which.)

Yeah, on the CD rip it's in the 3rd track, "Let's Get Small" (title track), starting around 12:20 of that track.
