Cheap duffel bag in Budapest?

Where can I buy a cheap duffel bag in Budapest?

Currently staying in Pest near District V very close to the Margit bridge and leaving next Tuesday. Is there a shop or market within a reasonable walking distance (~3km) that has a cheap duffel bag or something like it? It only has to last as checked luggage from here to the United States. Thanks all!

Best answer: "Army surplus" is what comes to mind for Budapest. You could try the Obsit military surplus shop in District VII, or perhaps the Petofi Csarnok flea market over the weekend, though I'm not sure if that's still going. Probably not the cheapest thing you could get, but fairly likely to survive baggage handlers, and a decent souvenir.

Best answer: There's a big mall not too far from you. Not sure if it has a luggage store but it may be worth a try.

There's also a big full-service Tesco that's a little farther (4.4 km) away. The yellow 6 tram will get you most of the way though.
