A new name the band question, Iceland edition!

I need help identifying a band that played Iceland Airwaves in 2012. Bonus question within.
On Icelandair, the inflight entertainment music selection included a channel called "Iceland Airwaves 2012", with a playlist put together by DJ Margeir.
I was quite taken with a band who must be pretty important, because their song was first on the playlist, just before a Sigur Ros song, which seemed significant. It was sung in Icelandic, so I have no idea of lyrical content. I would best describe the song as being a cross between Bon Iver and James Blake (Limit to your love is the song that it immediately brought to mind). It was electronic and groovy, minor key, with piano and horns.
I am pretty sure there was a second song on the mix by the same band, which could best be described as a bossa beat, with some 1970's Stevie Wonder in the mix.
I loved that band, but I can't figure out who it might be, and the internet isn't being my friend. Help?
Bonus question that will make you a friend for life: I loved a lot of the music on that Icelandair music channel (for posterity's sake, it was channel one), and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the playlist.

This is a list of bands from the 2012 lineup at last.fm
There's an "icelandic" tag, so maybe you can search those items for a possible answer?

Sorry to threadsit, I forgot to mention, I have seen the lineup for the 2012 Festival, there are 222 bands that were slated to play, most of whom are local. I have started slogging through the different bands, but haven't turned up anything yet. I am hoping someone recognizes the band from the clues I have given, because it is going to take months to get through all this awesome Icelandic music!

Might it have been Útidúr? Guessing wildly because I wasn't there in 2012, but they performed in 2011 and have some songs that might fit that description. And are great, either way.

Oh my god, Bektashi, you are THE BEST. The first song I heard is Heimforin, and the second is Leyndarmal. Fucking stellar. You are the best. This dude is so freaking talented!
