"Sometimes I love you, sometimes I hate you -- sometimes I want you gone, sometimes you're my savior...." Maybe? I think?

I heard a snippet of a song a few days ago, and it is driving me INSANE.

1. I think it's fairly recent? For a bit I thought it was "Blame Game" and then something by Bruno Mars.

2. Like "Blame Game" it combines rap with a sung hook, and is bitter/about complicated love lives.

3. I heard it on the radio in rural TX, so don't think it's that obscure. We WERE near a college, but I don't think it was a college radio station.

--------------

What I remember about the lyrics -- "sometimes I want you gone/sometimes you're my savior". I also feel like there was a line about saying "hallelujah". Both singers sounded male.

Help?

The lyrics aren't a match, and no "hallejujah", but there are similarities in "Savior" by Rise Against.

The lyrics don't match here, either, but could it be "She's Gold" by Josh Baze?

Response by poster: 1367-- no, it's definitely not so rocky --- more pop/dance/r n b...

Lindsey's-- this is a fun song but the one caught in my head is more melancholy.

Response by poster: No, not quite... My sister thinks it might be addictive by faithless but that's so 90s.....
