Who Is That Green Demon?

There's this iconic (or at least I think it's iconic, maybe it used to just be local to me?) image or logo that I am trying to find out the name of/origins of. But describing the image in Google is not coming up with the right results.
I've seen it as stickers on cars and suchlike. It's like this green...demon, zombie-looking, driving a souped-up car with no top. He's excited, his eyes are bulging out of the sockets and his tongue is lolling out of his mouth behind him by the speed he's driving. His hand is on the gearshaft.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Best answer: That comes from hot-rod-related art, including Ed Roth's Rat Fink.
