It's Like Kickstarter Meets Charity Blackmail

Is there a website that lets ordinary non-millionaires do charity blackmail stunts, a la Donald Trump? For example, suppose I'd like to set up a page where individuals can pledge $X to charity if Donald Trump goes 24 hours without talking. The website would take credit card numbers in advance; if the Donald keeps his mouth shut, the cards would be billed and the money passed on to charity.

I've found plenty of websites where individuals can pledge their own actions (like running marathons) to raise money-- but can't seem to google up one where the donation hinges on some third party doing something.

Best answer: A website call thepoint.com used to do something like this ... you might know them by their re-branding as "groupon"
