Recipe for spicy frog soup chinese

I'm trying to find recipe for spicy frog soup I had in Shanghai.

It looked similar to this

Lots of peppers and a red broth. Best soup I've ever had.

It looks like a Sichuan 水煮 dish. Here is a version with fish - you should be able to sub it out for frog.
