Please help me find a boilerplate terms and conditions statement for my new retail website. I am begining a retail web venture and need some terms and conditions verbage. Boilerplate will do. Can someone point the way today?

There are tons of free templates and generators but make sure you fully read and understand the final document because legal documents are serious business and can cause lots of problems if not properly written.

Seconding Foci. I used to work for a retail e-commerce site, and some boilerplate terms got us screwed in a big way when a customer (who happened to be a lawyer) wasn't happy.

Trust me, getting a lawyer to spend an hour or two is way, way cheaper.
