Movable camera dolly for iPhone?

Making stop motion animation with an iPhone: Is there an inexpensive camera dolly that will allow one to change the position of the camera (i.e. iPhone) while moving the dolly?

There are numerous dolly's for the iPhone that allow tracking or panning, but they're all based on keeping the camera/iPhone itself. Is there a system/camera rig/dolly that will allow movement of the camera as the dolly itself moves? For less than $500 and hopefully under $300?

Do you mean like you want the camera to rotate while the dolly moves? It's not clear what you're after.

Are you looking more for a jib than a dolly? Or a jib you can attach to a dolly? There are lightweight jibs like this one which might work for that purpose.

Response by poster: Ah, a jib is what I'm looking for. Sorry, didn't know the term.

So yeah, a jib that can sit on a dolly for designed for an iPhone, that's what I'm looking for.
