What TAL episode is this?

I'm looking for a This American Life episode about a bunch of adolescent geeks/nerds hanging out in NYC. They go around pulling simple scams and social engineering pranks. I tried searching all the titles and descriptions on the TAL website but nothing rings a bell. It might have been a short segment in one of their 3 part episodes

Search for "improv anywhere"... That is the group they were covering.

Response by poster: It's not improve everywhere. The story was from a long time ago, one of the '90s episodes. From what I remember the kids were a bunch of geeks/nobodies.

Best answer: I think it's episode 78, How Bad is Bad. The kids in the episode were "hackers."
