I need to find some supplies for reworking smd hardware.

I need to buy some reballing materials like solder balls and some kester 951 i believe no clean water soluble flux. I need to obtain these items preferably as close as possible to Waterloo Region Ontario Canada. I need some ideas on how to get this stuff cheaply and effectively. Also any links to the shops that I just cant find would be great.
Electro Sonic sells Kester fluxes in bulk, but this would be shipped.

Best answer: Like pretty much anything else, you can find solder balls on eBay along with Kester 951.
What are you trying to do here? BGA reballing and BGA reattachment is something that should almost definitely be left to a professional. There are no lack of options available.

Response by poster: it doesn't look like Electro Sonic sells kester 951 I'm having a hard time believing that this chemical is entirely impossible to attain in Canada. I do wish to buy it in a 1 gallon (4 liter jug) as I generally do alot of repairs and just want a more efficient way to handle this.

Response by poster: Nevermind they do sell it but their website is a bit interesting to use they have it with a part number "63-0000-0951" They do ship it to Canada and they have no stock in their Markham location in southern Ontario it has a dangerous chemicals rating of 3 so there will be a dangerous chemicals skidding charge of approx 30 some odd dollars in my case on top of shipping and the cost of the gallon itself.

This company doesn't sell bga supplies I'm looking to find supplies for re-balling cpu's / gpu's among other things.
I'm trying to avoid dealing on ebay as it can be unreliable at best for good steady results. Stencils are also lovely but hopefully all of this stuff wont be a huge pain to get into.

Electro Sonic ship everything from Buffalo; their Markham office is just admin. The only suppliers left in the Gordon Baker "electronics ghetto" are Active and Sayal. Newark sometimes ships from Mississauga, Digikey always from the US..
