How much is this oven, roundabouts, worth?

My sister wants to sell this oven, which I have no qualms about. It's been sitting in storage for years and just taking up space. But, the kicker is that she thinks it should sell for "maybe $150" and I think it could be upwards of 10Xs that price.

It is over 40 years old and it is gas. It has very little damage other than a lot of dirt and a part of the oven knob broken off.

Details: the front lists it as Detroit Jewel. The tab on the inside says Detroit - Michigan Stove Co. No. A 6644 C 2 G X

Does the hivemind have any ideas on where I can find out how much this is worth?

Best answer: According to ebay, your sister is a lot closer to reality than you are.

Best answer: And this one sold for $162.

If you think its more valuable as an antique you should take it to an antique dealer or have it appraised by someone with expertise in similar items.

Best answer: Yeah, your sister is right. There's an antique mall I frequent that has one in much better condition for about $175.

Your sister is in the right ballpark. Your pricing would be for a unit that was completely restored and updated with better internals.
