Words and/or Text on iOS Devices?

iOS application recommendation: Is there a slideshow, flashcard, or similar app you think is particularly excellent? Please tell me about it!
The iTunes store is so filled with cruft I find it difficult to find exactly what I'm looking for. Thus do I turn to you, Hivemind.
I'm looking for an app that will allow me to create sequences of text and/or picture displays for later viewing. Sorta flashcard, sorta slideshow, sorta HyperCard stack, sorta wiki? I don't know, but you do!
Bonus for an app that will allow me to create a playable file on using my desktop computer.
Super Double-Bonus if you can tell me how to do this using Adobe Creative Suite 5.5

Best answer: iFlash by Loopware sounds like it would work well for you. It's a Mac app, but there's an iOS companion app that is free, and requires the desktop app to work.

Best answer: Evernote is a free ios app / webapp (unless you wish to go premium), that combines with another app called 'Peek' to create flshcard, but that does require using a smart cover.
If you don't have a smart cover or just dont' fancy using it, you can use Evernote along with teh free app Studyblue:

Peek details here: http://blog.evernote.com/2011/06/08/introducing-evernote-peek-the-first-ipad-smart-cover-app/
good luck.
