NYC Bronto Sighting

There is a dinosaur painted on the wall of one of the buildings at 3rd Avenue and 13th Street in New York City. Who painted this?

I called Gothic Cabinet Craft and they have no idea, and my Google-Fu has been Google-Fail. Thanks!
