Name that Hawaiian tune with a Hall and Oates Sample. Lyrics may have included "pacific girl" or "specific girl" . . . this is driving us nuts!

Is the sample from H&O's Rich Girl?

This is an extremely long shot that I'll mention only because it's been a few days without other ideas for you and I'm still all jazzed up about SEEING VENUS WITH MY EYES - any chance you're thinking of some kind of Hawaiian cover of Gillian Welch's My First Lover?

The reference in the song is to the Steve Miller Band's "Quicksilver Girl," not to anything Hall and Oates-y, but I can hear how "quicksilver girl" could sound like "pacific girl" or "specific girl" without too much trouble.

VENUS!!! (and then she fled)
