Crash course in Pantone

Can anyone here point me in the right direction for a crash course in screenprint ink mixing, ink formulas and Pantone color matching?

First tip: Don't confuse Process color with Spot color.

If you're using the color matching system you are using spot color. And while a spot color does have a specific CMYK value, it has a different numbering system than the Pantone process color system. Confused yet? Good. They have you right where they want you.
