Name of stylized sketch-based 3d graphics software?

What is the name of that very stylized program where you can draw 2d pictures in a 3d space? You don't ever have to deal with a 3d mesh or vertices. It has black lines with dots and when you draw on a line it'll snap to the line you've already drawn. You draw a picture, then you turn to a different perspective, draw again, and so on.
Response by poster: No, sorry, it's more obscure. In Sketchup you connect lines to vertices, axes, etc. This is more freeform and doesn't deal with any polygons, you just draw lines.

I remember Teddy and its followup, SmoothTeddy. Video of Teddy in action.

Best answer: I'm pretty sure it's Rhonda.

Response by poster: Thank you, suedehead, it was Rhonda! I don't know how you guessed it with such a sparse description.
But wow, Teddy, I Love Sketch, and Toonboom (which is more complex than what I was looking for and doesn't seem like 3d software) look amazing and intuitive. I Love Sketch seems more similar to Rhonda than the others and might actually be more what I want. What happened to it? I can't find it anywhere to download.
Wings 3D looks like serious 3d graphics software again and I'm not experienced enough to give a "first impression" of something that involved.
