What is this book?

Looking for the title of a book I saw last year.

Sometime last year I saw a book at Borders, during their closing sale. I passed it over but reminded myself to remember the title. Needless to say, I forgot.

The only details I remember are fuzzy. Something about a man and a woman running, possibly being chased by somethinging. I'm fairly sure it took place in the future or an alternate reality type thing, but I'm not sure what genre to look in, as it seemed there might. B some rom anec mixed in. The word Red was somewhere in the title, but despite searching, I have yet to find anything that sounds like this book!

Can anyone help with a title?
