Please help me find a TOMIPASTA lesson plan format explanation/link.

Hello all, I have to make a lesson plan in TOMIPASTA format. My google-fu has failed me - all I can find about it is what the acronym stands for* (that someone posted from memory).

Any of you have a link to a better, more fleshed-out explanation?

*Weak Google Rant: For the love of the flying spaghetti monster does Google piss me off. Crimony, their results have been poop for a while but now they're just getting useless. Dammit.

That's nothing fancy IMO -- it's just a regular lesson plan. MeMail me and I'll send you the format I use in my grad program. If you know what the acronym stands for, you can just modify the template's wording and it should be fine.
