Documentary about surveillance

What was this documentary?

A few years ago, there was a documentary in the UK about a guy who tries to hide from a bunch of private detectives. He deletes all his personal information and goes undercover, and the aim was for the detectives to find him. It was all about how pervasive surveillance has become in the UK and how it might get worse.

For the life of me, though, I can't remember what it was called! Does this sound familiar to anyone, and if so, where might I get a copy?

Cheers!
