Help me find this K-POP / J-POP video I vaguely remember seeing!

I really want to share this video I saw a while ago with a friend, for injoke purposes. But I dunno how to find it! Help! I believe it to be either Korean or Japanese pop music. I have little to no memory of the actual song, just the video.
3, maybe 4 East-Asian ladies. Strolling along a sidewalk, holding shopping bags, walking past upscale store windows. The sidewalk moves underneath them, kind of like an omnidirectional conveyor belt. I can remember no other details, really. Other than it was filmed in a studio (obviously), yet gives the impression of being filmed outside via lighting, and there were a lot of pastel shades going on. Oh, and the women are wearing heels.
Um, yeah. Anyone got a clue?

Best answer: Damn, I just went looking in my Facebook posts for that. I remember sharing it as one of the first examples of modern, Justice-style electro-funk being co-opted in a "mainstream" pop context.

In case anybody else cares, it's "Natural ni Koi Shite" by Perfume. And it's pretty crazy!
