I'd like to keep up with the ongoing crisis in Syria on a more real-time basis. What are some good English-language Twitter feeds - preferably from inside Syria or at least in the region - I can follow?

Seconding Al Jazeera... but more specifically for up-to-the-minute reporting they are running a Syria Live Blog.
