Can anyone here translate this inscription. I think it's in Yiddish.

PS: According to here, that date is March 22, 1924 in the Western (Gregorian) calendar.

Best answer: Side Point - the 'May her soul be bound' portion is in acronym form which is why the message may have seemed shorter to you.

The other abbreviation, 'נפ, I translated as "buried here", but I think it's actually "died".
