How do I match a Canadian zip code to a census/subcensus name?

Is there any way to match a Canadian Zip code to the census/sub-census that it belongs ?

I have a list of Canadian zip codes that I am trying to identify what census/subcensus district they belong to. I could not find a matching table or a query website anywhere. Is there a way to do this?

Canada uses "postal codes" instead of zip codes, that might making searching a bit easier. This search option for the 2006 census may be what you are looking for. You can use a postal code to look up the census tract (district) for most provinces (not Prince Edward Island or some of the territories). According to this link, the option to search for postal codes for the 2011 Census is not available yet.

Matching Canadian postal codes to census data might help. We don't have zip codes here.
