What other forums besides Yelp are there to "review" and warn people about shady businesses?
I look to foursquare for recommendations via the 'tips' section.

There's alway's the businesses facebook page too. Worst case they may remove your post, but some people will see it while it's up.

If it's an actual unethical situation, contact your local BBB. Don't grind your personal axe on review sites.

Ripoff Report's always an option though that might be preaching to the choir. (Generally only people that get ripped off post/read there, but there's some hope to get in the Google results for the questionable business from it)

The entry fee helps to (mostly) weed-out the astroturf and trolls that other open/free sites are highly prone to.
